About the Course

This interactive workshop will offer attendees the opportunity to share their experiences with women across different walks of life and learn how to find and project their inner confidence. It is especially useful for those who might want to speak up even more at work or take the next step in their career.

Course Conduct and Schedule

An interactive group workshop for women, exploring the subject of confidence. Led by Sophie Vyse, the workshop will take place on Saturday 24th April 4:00 pm – 6:00 pm BST. 

What You Will Learn?

This interactive workshop will offer attendees the opportunity to share their experiences with women across different walks of life and learn how to find and project their inner confidence. It is especially useful for those who might want to speak up even more at work or take the next step in their career. 

The event will include a number of breakout sessions for small group discussions, so be prepared to get involved and share. We will spend most of our time in the ‘how to be confident space’ and less time in the ‘problem space’. The focus will be on how to create that feeling of confidence and identify who you are when you are confident.
